Ingredients:

2 large scoops vanilla ice-cream

3 tbs sugar or other sweetener

3 egg whites

150ml dessert white wine or liqueur

½ tsp vanilla paste

 

Place sugar and egg whites in a high-sided glass bowl over a pan with simmering water. Whisk ingredients into soft foam, gradually adding vanilla paste and liqueur. Continue until the mixture has thickened. Serve over a scoop of ice cream.
